Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your ChiroScript AI account and associated data at any time. This applies to accounts created on the web app, the iOS app, and the Android app.

How to request deletion

Click here to request account deletion. This opens an email to our support team. Enter the email address of your account in the message and send it. If the link does not open your email app, send a message to support@chiroscript.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address of your account.

For your security, we may reply to confirm the request came from the account owner before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

When your request is processed, we delete your account and the data associated with it, including your profile information, patient records, recordings, transcripts, and generated notes.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as billing records and records needed to meet legal or regulatory obligations. Any retained information is kept only for as long as required.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export or copy any notes you want to keep before submitting your request. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the app or the store you subscribed with, since deleting your account does not cancel billing on its own.
